Boxing and functional training combined in a non- stop HIIT circuit, this class is not for the faint hearted. Don’t be put off as a novice, everyone works at their own pace and ability. With the BC coach’s guidance & use of MYZONE heartrate monitoring, you will be pushed to YOUR own individual max.

Do you like a little bit of pain? Do you want the pleasure of a toned and firm body? Then this Strength & Movement class is a must for your weekly routine. Discover your inner strength with our BC coaches, practicing all forms of weight training, traditional lifting & modern innovative functional training. Lift, push, pull to the limits.

BOXING

Need a class to kick your ass? Punching to thumping tunes, this one’s guaranteed to make you sweat! Our specialty boxing class is all about shedding those kilos and having fun doing it; let our team show you boxing on a whole new level. Expect from our coaches fast pace drills to make your body scream! Power, speed & incredible weight loss.

MEDITATION & YOGA BASICS

Meditation is a healing practice that has proven helpful to reduce stress, calm the mind, anxieties or fears and often improves sleep. Our classes and workshops combine simple, effective meditation techniques and ancient spiritual wisdom for the modern world.

Meditation opens the door to our soul’s infinite peace and potentialities. Inside each of us lies something greater and calmer than we can ever imagine. Our classes cover the ABCs of meditation, including posture, breathing and concentration techniques plus practical advice on creating your own meditation space at home.

BOXING SKILLS WORKSHOP

BC’s boxing skills workshop is designed to assist anyone wanting to advance & improve their performance in class. Holding PADS can be quite daunting and often difficult to grasp in the normal class structure. Spend time with BC owner Tony Robson in a smaller group setting; learn the basics of boxing at a slower pace so that you can master each skill.
This 2 ½ workshop will cover; Hand wrapping – Fighting stance and basic footwork – Punching techniques – Punching combinations and pad work
BOOKINGS ESSENTIAL

Cost $20 per student – Open to men & woman 15yrs and over.

Although not essential please bring your own gloves to the session. Good quality gloves and wraps can be purchased at BODYCENTRAL. Wear normal training attire and bring a towel and water bottle. Light refreshments will be offered.
